Description: Event was planned with the client to deliver a training program for pharmacists from the Middle East and Africa regions. We planned and executed all events details from the Accommodation to the CME Certificate. We created the overall event’s theme, conceptualized the designs, and produced all event’s collaterals. We installed the AV equipment (Gobo Lights, Projectors, and Sound System) as well as the voting system. We Organized the gala dinner and provided menu choices for the event’s coffee breaks and lunches/dinners. We applied for CME accreditation and distributed the certificate throughout the event.
